Nice Seau set!

Nathan'sset

Nathan, I had no idea your set is almost done. Congrats, it looks great.

How much did the Supplemental set you back?

  • I picked up the Supplemental a few years ago for around $20.00. This is one of the joys of collecting Seau, CHEAP prices. It seems like there is a lot more competition for his raw stuff than his graded. I just let my PSA subscription expire in September. I am going to spend the next few years buying raw cards to submit in one large submission. My focus will be on his pack issued autographs. I recently picked up a 1998 Pinnacle Inscriptions Auto that I cannot locate in the Beckett Online listings. The set pops up, but he is not listed. The card is unumbered so no help there. Here is a pic:

I currently have 27 cards requested to be added to his master set. Half of those were originally requested back in February. I figured they deleted the list so I re-requested them in early October.

    $20.00 ??

I would have guessed much higher. I just sent a raw version in with my Nov. sub. I have not got the grades yet.
  • I have seen them on ebay, since then, sell for more. Timing is everything. image

Can anyone help with the mystery Seau?????????

    Hi Nathan,

    Great job on your setimage

I started to work on mine a few years ago, but lost interest in getting all of Junior's non-rookies graded. I've got a whole 3-inch binder full of his raw cards, and that's been enough for me.

I have that same Seau Pinnacle auto card. I got mine on ebay a few years ago from a dealer in Temecula CA, who ID'd it as a promo or prototype issue.

  • Do you have any auto's for sale form that 3 inch binder? image

No, unfortunately I don't have any duplicates of his autographed cards that I can sell or trade.
